Join us for the summer season at beautiful Lake Swannanoa for our Yoga and Pilates at the Beach!
2026 Lake Swannanoa Summer Class Season: May 26th – August 28th
Schedule:
Tuesdays at 6:30pm (starting May 26th) – YOGA
Thursdays at 6:30pm (starting May 28th) – PILATES
Location: LSHA Beach: Lakeview Court, Oak Ridge, NJ (Take Manor Drive off of Berkshire Valley Road and turn onto Lakeview Court. The beach is located at the end of the road.
Registration and completed waivers are required for all members, non-members and guests who participate.
Classes will be:
Tuesday Yoga at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Thursday Pilates at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Cost:
Free for LSHA members – but members must still have completed a waiver in advance.
$22 for a 1-day only class. (great for bringing a guest to class with you!)
$90 for 1 class, a 1-class-a-week season pass
$120 for 2 classes per week, season pass

Since 2013 classes have been offered at the Lake Swannanoa Beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The LSHA Yoga & Zumba on the Beach is made possible with the support of the LSHA community and the efforts of the volunteer team that includes: Dorman Birmingham, Lila Love, Karole Rubira, Dana Jackson and Jean O’Toole.
